I am a UX/Visual Design Lead with extensive hands-on experience in leading and designing projects across multiple platforms, in both agency and client-side projects. I deliver simple, sophisticated and elegant design strategies and solutions that are based on solid UX foundations and human behavioral patterns and empathy. Always curious, I love to observing and studying how people react to existing systems and products, such as the MTA or a patient’s care flow through a hospital. Design and UX is never a science of following a methodology, but part science of observing and studying the human psyche and their behavioral patterns, and how that then in turn, reflects into an organization. Currently I am expanding my skills and experience to Service Design, a new arena where User Experience is taken to a higher level of research and business strategy.
